Fear paralyses. Overcoming fear, liberates. Wanted to encourage anyone feeling an overwhelming sense of fear right now, sometimes we overestimate the "enemy". Things are not as serious or as impossible as it seems. Take courage to do something, one baby step at a time. More often than not, you will realise that actually, it's not as scary as it seems.

Here's me, overcoming my fear of heights. Yes it was scary, yes I wanted to cry and run away???( I can laugh now but I couldn't then)But I'm glad I faced up to it and yes, it was so liberating and I never felt freer. Not asking all of you to go parasailing, but whatever fear that you have, take that bold step, step out in faith. One step at a time❤️
