Lately I haven’t been stressing about training or eating super clean, instead I’m enjoying life and finding balance through it all. I think over the years I’ve been able to test my body with different training routines and diets and now I know what it takes to stay lean year round.
1. Consistency: I train at least five days a week and @justinmartinphoto And I eat in 5-7 days a week.
2. Don’t deprive yourself: when I feel like I absolutely can’t have something, I freak out and do the extreme. So instead if I have a craving I either look for a healthier option or just treat myself and work it off in the gym.
3. Having the right mindset: it’s easy to put yourself in the back burner of this crazy busy life but you have to remember if you don’t take care of yourself first then you’ll never get to help others or enjoy life to the fullest. With that being said, always make yourself a priority no matter what. .
