Looking back on how I used to view my body vs. how I do now is like seeing two polar opposites...I have been waaaay skinnier than what I am now yet hated every inch of myself & never felt “thin enough”. My happiness was controlled by what the scale said and I was never satisfied. Now I’m a lot rounder (lol ?) have more cellulite, stretch marks and loose skin due to growing three babies and am currently pregnant with my fourth. I recovered from an eating disorder after struggling for 9 years and I have never loved my body more. ❤️ I have a newfound respect for my body which runs much deeper than just what it looks like on the outside...I’m so thankful for the babies it has grown and the one it’s currently home to ???? Please don’t ever hate yourself or fill your head with unkind words about your body the way I did...appreciate what it has done for you & how it will continue to do so. Treat it with love & respect and you will get that back ❤️❤️❤️ #inshapemyshape
