Waking up at home today I feel so grounded and at the same time I feel sad and am really wishing I was still there. To move like this, to connect with people every day on the level we did, to meditate to see the ocean and feel the wind can make you question everything you do at home. The joy I felt this week was on another level. I have had so many visions I don’t know where to begin now other than starting with some silence to hopefully get some answers. Finding the balance is key. Bring home what you’ve learned when you leave your trips, let it all live through your body. We have to take care of ourselves so we can grow and show up for each other. Be the fountain in your life too all those that surround you. Never give up. Keep dreaming and dream big. Choose the life you want to live, and live it.
