Where do I start with the new @ernieball @music_man Cutlass? It’s not a “typical” guitar I would’ve gravitated towards in the past. The versatility, playability, & reliability of the Cutlass is what NOW makes me an avid fan moving forward. Quite literally, as soon as you place your hands on the neck, you have that immediate feeling of comfortability & this crazy feeling of some sort of familiarity — within minutes, the realization of how truly easy it is to play & how beautiful the roasted maple neck is just blows you away. It’s built so perfectly and sounds incredible as soon as you plug it in. I just completed a full Europe & UK tour playing both outdoors and indoors, in every environment you can think of, from humid, to cold, to hot — the Cutlass passed every test with flying colors — playing like a damn dream through & through. I’m rough with my guitars in a live setting and the Cutlass withstood all the hell I put it through. From clean tones, to beefy rhythms, the Cutlass truly is an A+ guitar that will now be part of my everyday use, on tour & in the studio.
