We started on a keto diet two weeks ago. It was an easier transition for my husband but being a carb lover, it was pretty rough in the beginning. But I am feeling great and I am obsessed with keto cooking now. I made my first keto muffins today with coconut flour. Though they taste pretty good, I want to find a better recipe. This one calls for 6 eggs, 1/2 cup coconut flour and other basic ingredients. Are you on keto and have you found a good baking recipe? Please share!
