This has been a busy month so I’m mixing up some @1stphorm optigreens50 to make sure I’m staying healthy. I really love this stuff when I’m hungover too, all the vitamins and superfoods bring me back to life after a big night! A lot of my work stuff is events based which means alcohol! I’ve been thinking of cutting out alcohol for at least a few weeks, just for a detox, has anyone done a sober month before? Did you find it hard to socialize while sober? I’m a lot more shy in person I think than how I come across online and I can be a bit introverted or awkward but I want to break the habit of ‘needing’ a drink at a party.
