In honor of #nationalmeditationday I’m genius-ly treating myself to some support from the Masters themselves ✨@オプラ・ウィンフリー + @deepakchopra = pure magic ✨ I believe that a dedicated daily meditation practice is a practice that can & will change your life. Age, gender, current capacity, busyness of schedule, discomfort in the act ASIDE (& ignored!) .... we can ALL benefit from the power of stillness, solitude, mindful living.
