Finished first day of @Amfar #beepic ride. Was spectacular!!!!! SO BEAUTIFUL!! This is where I had to pull off however and take a minute to clear my mind of the bad chatter going through it. Those were some insane twist and turns for me coming through the Swiss Alps. Always listen to your gut! Whatever the struggle might be over, physical or mental, there should never be any fear or stigma attached to stepping aside for a break, in what ever the situation. Then talk it out with a friend, just like I did (Thanks Dennis) breath, recenter yourself, refocus, and get back at it! Life throws us twists and turns and will never stop. So find those tools for yourself to move through them. Good people around you helps for sure.
