So I deleted my IG post where I posed with the whale shark from @kaiyukan_japan.
Actually, with increasing amount of informations about #AnimalsInCaptivity, my joyous little visits to the zoos and aquariums already feel more and more like a guilty pleasure, instead of being a pure pleasure like it once was.
But the tipping point for me was when I read some comments from you guys, which made me watch the movie #Blackfish, which made me understand more about life behind these places, which is sadly not a pretty one.

The question is: We are absolutely happy to meet these animals, but are they happy to meet us humans?
