This is JA Bayona (@filmbayona). Our fearless leader and the director of @jurassicworld Fallen Kingdom. I met JA years ago and our first conversation was hours long followed by a walk around the neighborhood talking about movies, movies and more movies. He’s someone whose passion for cinema and storytelling rivals the greats and I’ve wanted to work with him ever since. For years and years I referred to him as ‘the director who got away’! When Steven Spielberg was tasked with choosing the filmmaker for this second chapter of Jurassic World he did us all a massive favor in choosing JA Bayona. You are an exquisite storyteller and a beautiful human being. We all love you so much JA and thank you for bringing us into your inspiring cinema family, Belen + Oscar especially:) I consider myself damn lucky to have had the honor of acting in a JA Bayona film!
