Our Alphonso Mango Tart, topped with the last of this season’s rare Alphonso mangoes from India. These fruits are considered to be the one of the most superior mangoes in the world and are bred for their sweetness, fragrant flavor, and low fiber content so they’re incredibly creamy in texture, and up until recently, they weren’t available in the U.S. We’ve delicately sliced them on top of vanilla rose ganache, topped with tiny chrysanthemum leaves to finish.
