I’m excited to delete the Instagram app from my phone for a couple of weeks. I’ve never done it before and amazingly I didn’t make the decision because I find it to be a toxic environment for me (anymore - as I reduced my exposure to accounts of friends and people that inspire me [get on it!]).. But to honestly just be present. In more ways than one, I feel like I’m about to breathe again. In numerology, the month before your birthday is meant to be the hardest month of the year. Well it wasn’t a joyride. But I’m about to move in to a house with one of my best friends in the world and spend the coming weeks focusing deeply on nourishing my mind, body & soul.
