If you lift at all, you know how much of a difference a loss of a kilo or so of body weight can make if you’re relatively lean to begin with. A 5-6kg unplanned loss of training body weight on my frame... nottttttt so good (I swear all from my legs/ass too). I know I’ve said it over and and over, but it’s been a struggle. As an elite athlete it’s hard when regular life things happen. It’s hard accepting that you’ll be in a rut for MONTHS. The last 2 weeks I’ve been able to weigh heavier than I have been since November/December, I’ve been able to finally PUSH at least in the strength movements. The bad days aren’t as bad & the good days are a little better. Another month or so and things should really be able to get back in motion. And I could not be more excited. Thank you so much to @rpstrength for always working with me, even when it’s seemed like literally nothing could help me put weight back on :,) “MATTIE10” for templates.
