The Universe is saying to you today:
“Release old habits and thought patterns that do not serve your highest good, and make changes that align with what you wish for your life.”
I read that little excerpt a few minutes ago in a book of daily reminders and had a little ah-ha moment.
This year has been a year of great transformation as I continue to unravel, shed, and unlearn parts of my being that have been warped by toxic people in my life.
I’ve learned that removing toxic people from your life is only half the battle.. the rest of it involves purging every thought and action you created as a defense mechanism for their darkness.
I am not perfect, but I am growing and learning and loving. ✨?
