For this past week I’ve had this weird pain in my outer forearm on my right arm just to rub it would burn. And when i hit shots it’s like a throbbing pain up half my arm. Not sure what has caused this, unfortunately haven’t given it much rest with all the practice I’ve been doing. But I can still play just a little painful hoping it goes away soon! But definitely helps to have @hyperice to help me with this. Then a massage tomorrow ?
