At MIT I spoke on success.
Society will ‘box’ you in. It will tell you that you can only ever be one thing at a time- a musician, a sportsman, an academic, a mother, a scientist. This thinking is flawed. What if we approached life with the philosophy that “ success is a transferable quality” if you develop the mindset to be successful in one area you can in fact transfer that way of thinking to achieve success in multiple areas. Imagine what you could achieve if you believed this truth and removed the box.
