If you’ve been following my vlog, you know I’ve had to make some adjustments to my training. As the goal is to continue my career through 2020, the hardest lesson I’m having to learn is it’s all about being smarter. While trying to maintain fitness, and even working toward being in the best shape of my life, I have to be good to my body as well. That’s why @elliptigo_usa ? has become a staple in my training. It’s hard for me to “sit down” or “take a break,” but @elliptigo_usa allows me to get the work in no matter what! ??
