Here’s a little snip of the music video I helped make for @thegetupkids. I was talking to my AC, @_jakefarmer about the project and I noticed something funny. When I watch something that involved so many people, from the director (@sbrackbill) to the talent (@elliot_ahlvers), I just see everything they did, and I kind of forget I was even there. Jake pulled focus, brought me batteries, *helped me think.* Shawn kept people happy, had ideas! Dalton was like a panzer tank, undeterred. Austin noticed all the showstoppers. Nathan brought the energy. The list goes on. I was just the guy holding the camera this time. Fine by me. This is what I signed up for. The feeling I refer to is likely lost on anyone who hasn’t spent a decade plus making a go of painting alone.
