I waited 2 weeks for my @IKEA USA roof furn and it finally arrived. One chaise built like a dream (fig. 2), the other one came with the wrong armrests and now I’m on hold for 45 minutes working on my pleasant customer service phone voice while applying ointment to the sunburn I got while cracking the da vinci code of why the shit wouldn’t build properly. Also of the 4 chairs I ordered, 3 came damaged. Just when I think I’m out (of the age where I still think buying Ikea is appropriate), they pulllll me back in (to the land of cheap Swedish trash.) “WISH ME LUCK!” - my withered skeleton slumped over the hold music warning me about the deadly dangers of not anchoring a Mälm dresser ⚰️ BRB tending to my burns!!!
