I am frequently asked "who motivates me"... And it's a difficult question to answer, because I don't have any specific person to name. What motivates me is you. Yes, YOU. Even though I might not answer more than 10% of the messages I am getting (I am so sorry about not answering more, but I get about 50 messages per hour), I am reading many of them. And I am so proud and happy to read about how I have changed peoples life with positive attitude and eager to share my workouts, many of you are so expressive that it touches me for life. And when I get to know you in person, that is priceless. This video pretty well sums it up: THIS motivates me. Thank you each and every one of you reading this, commenting and liking... I am forever grateful for the motivation you are to me.
