Baby Priscilla in the loving arms of her mother at a UNICEF-supported clinic in Peru. Without a c-section and dedicated support from staff she wouldn’t have survived. Today at the World Health Assembly, we handed over a petition signed by more than 150,000 people, calling on governments to invest in quality, affordable healthcare for every mother and baby.
