I found out from a 25 year veteran Police Officer yesterday that the main reason they kill black and Latino men, women, and children in a confrontation is so that we cant turn around back and file a civil lawsuit against them later. So, instead of just shooting a "suspect" in the leg or arm to disarm them, Police are told many times by their head Officer to shoot to kill, just so the suspect (HUMAN BEING) doesnt survive to press charges of excessive force, and possibly win a large civil judgment by the courts or jury. So mothers have to fucking mourn, just so cops dont get convicted of murder, or the city doesnt lose money.
