I’ve finally settled back into London after my time in Kiribati. Shooting a documentary there was no easy feat. The story is about David Katoatau, an Olympic weightlifter who won gold in the 2014 Commonwealth Games and brought the world’s attention to the plight of this tiny island nation. Kiribati is just two meters above sea level and under threat from sea level rise. It was a challenge to make this film and nothing would have happened without @aliceaedy. I’m proud of the images we made and determined to do this story justice. Here are some stills from what we shot. Now time to start editing!
