1.Begin by applying "Black Eye Khol" eyeliner over the entire lid and blend (this will help make our lid color pop)

2.Using "Obsession” shadow blend in the crease and along the outer "V" of the eye

3.Using "Rain Check" on a flat brush pat onto the lid and into the crease. Blend where both colors meet

4.Line the lower water line with "Little Black Dress Gel liner" and using "After Party" blend underneath the lower lash line

5.Taking "Motives Glitter Glue" pat a bit onto the inner corner of the eye and using Gem Stones in "Morganite" apply over top glue for a touch of sparkle✨
