Three cheers for this triple chocolate mousse cake. ? This tri-color beauty wowed the Bay Area when @alicemedrich introduced it at her chocolate shop Cocolat in the 1980s. It's truly a show-stopper, but it’s deceptively simple if you have the right pan, and are willing to adhere to the somewhat quirky instructions. Alice recently updated the recipe (which you can find at the link in our profile) to simplify the cake even further. Bonus: It's naturally gluten-free. ?: @jamesransom_nyc
