I was 13 years old and just got sponsored by Roxy. It was a dream come true.... What I had imagined life as a roxy girl to be like was just a faction of how epic everything was about to become. This photo was shot by @mikelatronic. This day, he called my mom to shoot me for the up and coming issue of @freesurfmag. I was SO excited. We drove up to the north shore to get that morning light. Waves were 2 foot and perfect for a little long boarder. Uncle Mike gave me this lei, and we got this shot. Little did I know a few months later this photo would land on the cover of @ロキシー ‘s Surf Girl Book.... It was my dream just to be recognized by a brand who represented the most fun, raw, brilliance that is Womens surfing. Fast forward 12 years couldn’t be more proud to be apart of the Roxy tribe. My life has been enriched with so much.. Thankful for my girls, my family @ロキシー #makewavesmovemountains
