“A goal without a plan is simply a wish.” I felt good before but I feel great now thanks to my @fi7nessbyjessicawright . I have toned up & am strong & fit ?? I am not perfect & can definitely put my hands up & admit that there are many times I have said I’m going to do something for me but haven’t actually done it. Forever I was complacent about my fitness training and spent months on end yo-yoing until I realised enough is enough. All I needed was a plan.
