Strong Legs ??? If you guys watch my stories you know I haven’t had a consistent lifting routine in a while (due to travel/work - not intentionally!) ? So when I manage to get into the gym I just do a bit of what I fancy ? Earlier this week I trained legs with a focus on lifting a little heavier. For every exercise I did 4 sets of 5-7 reps (The first set was a warm up and then I did three working sets, increasing the weight as I went): ➡️ Conventional deadlifts ➡️ Bulgarian split squats ➡️ Hip thrusts ➡️ Leg press ➡️ Lying hamstring curl (not filmed) ?
