pro tip: mix short reps of your toughest exercises followed by something you know you can kill...for me biceps??oh and always bring that beast mode attitude? it’s a must

3x6 pull ups
3x15 bicep curls
3x6 push ups
3x10 push press

(no biggie if you are still getting those push ups & pull ups in formation- increase or decrease reps & sets accordingly)
