CURRENT CARDIO ROUTINE??

I get asked this question A LOT! This is my current routine for my current goals. As I get closer to my show I will start adding in doubles and different variations. -
-
I am currently doing 6 days of cardio per week Mon-Saturday 30 minutes taking Sunday completely off to rest. -
Monday - Steady treadmill incline 4.0-15.0 2.8-3.5 pace. Increasing incline 1.0 per minute working my way up to 15.0 and back down. -

Tuesday - 30 minutes of treadmill intervals. 60 second intervals, each at 3.2 & 9.6.

Wednesday - Cycle intervals 60 seconds all out and 60 second steady. -

Thursday- 30 minutes of treadmill intervals. 60 second intervals, each at 3.2 & 9.6.

Friday- Steady treadmill incline 4.0-15.0 2.8-3.5 pace. Increasing incline 1.0 per minute working my way up to 15.0 and back down. -

Saturday- track work -

Remember this is set for me and my goals and changes constantly depending on how my body is responding. Everyone is different and everyone needs to know that it’s important to go at your own speed.??
