Last weekend, it was the @fondationevenko benefit concert and @jeffstinco and @chuckcomeau decided it would be fun to surprise the kids who had been part of their music program by joining them on stage and playing “Jet Lag” together with another surprise guest, @mariemaireal ! The @fondationevenko gives underprivileged kids from 8 schools in Montreal the opportunity to work with music teachers and learn how to play instruments and sing and offers them the chance to play one of Montreal’s most prestigious venue, @placedesarts ! It was awesome to see these students smiling as they performed in front of a sold out crowd of 2000 people. Congrats to @evenko for such a cool and generous initiative and to all the young people who killed it on stage. It was a blast playing with you! ??????
Le week-end dernier, @jeffstinco et @chuckcomeau ont décidé de faire une petite surprise aux étudiants du programme de musique de la @fondationevenko en jouant “Jet Lag” avec eux sur scène lors de leur concert-bénéfice, en compagnie d’une autre invitée-vedette @mariemaireal ! La @fondationevenko offre l’opportunité à des jeunes issus de milieux défavorisés de Montréal de prendre des cours de musique gratuitement dans leurs écoles et d’apprendre le chant ou la pratique d’un instrument afin de contrer le décrochage scolaire. C’était incroyable de voir les grands sourires de ces étudiants pendant leur gala-bénéfice à la @placedesarts , une des plus belles salles de Montréal. Bravo à @evenko pour cette formidable initiative et à tous les jeunes qui ont donné un super show samedi soir! On a eu beaucoup de plaisir à jouer avec vous! ?????? @simpleplanfdn
