? How cute are these #matcha rice dumplings?! These would be perfect to serve as appetizers at a fun summer party! Thank you to @cookat_japan for this video! ✨

? Ingredients:
Dumplings: 160 g of glutinous rice flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 90 mL of hot water
Soy sauce mixture: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of mirin, 4 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Matcha bean paste: 150 g white beans, 1 teaspoon of green tea powder
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☀️ Instructions:
1. Pour sugar and salt into glutinous rice flour and hot water. Form it into dumpling shapes after kneading.
2. Heat water to a boil. Add dumplings and remove when they float. Transfer dumplings to ice water.
3. Boil soy sauce, mirin, water, brown sugar in a pan. Once boiling, slowly turn the heat down and add corn starch.
4. Mix matcha green tea powder in white bean paste.
5. Put dumplings on the skewers, complete with your soy sauce mixture and green tea bean paste. Enjoy!
