I couldn’t be more blessed that 138 students made it for my last workshop in YM. I honestly love the students and staff more than anything, and it’s to them, that I have the most difficulty saying “goodbye”. My intention for becoming a teacher was to find my own voice and to attest that everyone can and should, at some point in their life, practice yoga. I am happy to say that in 3 years I have fulfilled that purpose within this circle, so thank you all for your trust in me. I introduced a new combination of HIIT & Yoga that became so popular that it I created #fitsphere to share it worldwide. Today, newbies and my long time students both showed up and kicked butt.
