Eat your fruits and vegetables.. ( try to get them organic, like these beautiful cherries ! ) Say NO to refined sugar and processed food.. Try to implement vegetarian / vegan meals to your week on certain days and stick to it.. ( that’s a very easy step towards caring about our beautiful planet, try to go vegan if it suits you !) Mental health is so connected to what you chose to eat.. If you feed yourself unhealthy foods , don’t be surprised if your thoughts are crappy too, if it makes you feel depressed, anxious.. it’s all related.. Take care of yourself ! The more simple and natural you eat, the better you’ll feel ! ? ( also, i highly suggest quitting caffeine if you have panic attacks.. I’ve been off of it for over a year and it’s made the biggest difference on my mental health.. and i have way less anxiety and sleep so much better now, and trust me i was THE biggest cold brew coffee addict - 5 to 7 a day.. it was awful .. just try it ! )?????????????????????
