Indie is approaching one and a half and it literally feels like yesterday that she popped into this world! Today is International Day of the Midwife and every time I think of Indie’s birth I think about how much of an amazing supportive woman my midwife was.
I’m so happy to be a part of the @pampersworld #thankyoumidwife campaign ??
For every share of #ThankYouMidwife and for every purchase of the specially created ‘Thank You Midwife’ Moonpig cards, £1 will be donated to the RCM Benevolent fund, which will be used to support midwives in need. They’ll also be doing up staffrooms in the top 10 most thanked hospitals as an extra way of showing appreciation.
My personal thank you to my midwife is for helping me to birth this little one in the way that I had dreamt about for so long, I might not be able to say the same for the next one as not all births go to plan but I know that the midwife will do everything she can to make it a positive and empowering experience! #ad @pampersworld #pampers
