Coconut smoothie is my favorite breakfast. Packed with healing electrolytes and a healthy fats.
I usually avoid drinking coconut water alone because it’s high on sugar. I prefer make it a complete meal by adding a coconut meat. All you need is 1 Thai coconut ( water and a meat). Blend well. Enjoy ?
