"When a blondie sits in my chair and says, I feel like I need more dimension or I don’t love how dark my roots are compared to my hair during the grow out stage. I immediately think, okay low lights or shadow root? My next question is, do you want depth and dimension at the bottom of the hair and she tells me no, she wants to stay blonde. That’s my green light to do a micro shadow root.
I do my V sections using my?Pinky Pointer Technique on sides and begin my lay foils. Then a few minutes before she’s done processing I use @joico Lumishine 6N in between the foils.
