Shrimp scampghee over cauliflower rice.

Ingredients
6 cloves garlic
#OMghee
chicken broth
Lemon juice
Parsley
Salt
@Flavorgod Seasonings lemon and garlic lovers
Pepper
1 1/4 lb or so shrimp
Served over cauliflower rice
Instructions

1. Heat #OMGhee in a large non stick skillet. Saute shrimp until pink, roughly about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook while stirring for about about 30 seconds. Take a slotted spoon and transfer the shrimp to a platter. Keep the shrimp warm.
2. Combine chicken broth, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of parsley, the salt, pepper, and @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning, and bring it to a boil. Boil uncovered until the sauce is reduces by a half.
3. Spoon sauce over the shrimp and garnish with lemon and parsley
