Can I just say how much I love my @1stphorm workout gear? Nothing gets me more excited for the gym than cute workout clothes-maybe that’s superficial but it’s the truth ??‍♀️workout clothes can’t just be cute tho they actually need to function, like a gym bag might look cool but if it doesn’t fit everything I need then I’m annoyed!!

?gym bags need separate compartments?do you know how many times I’ve had a bottle of water leak onto all my headphones and shit? Or how many times bcaa or protein has got all over my stuff? Things can’t just ‘look cute’ they have to actually be useful for the actual gym or what’s the point?

I have to admit I feel like this year got off to a kind of slow start for me, I was kind of in my head about a lot of the wrong shit, and then bam the past two months or so I feel like I’ve really got into gear. It’s been a combo of having good friends and making the effort to talk to my family back in Australia more, having legit people around me (shout out to my #1stphorm #pham) and also listening to @andyfrisella #MFCEO podcast that has got me back on the right track and now I’m really in the zone again. I love it! 2018 is turning into one of the best years yet! #iam1stphorm #duespaid #legionofboom
