I’m a week late but what’s a week in a 9 month contract, am I right? After 3 months of rehearsals, we officially opened our second show “iSkate 2.0” last week on board the #SymphonyofTheSeas.
Chris Nolan, thank you for seeing something in me at Nationals in 2014 and continuing to see something in me now. Thank you for entrusting me with your vision and for creating the perfect tools that have helped me evolve into the performer I am today. From Icarus to Escamillio, and now my very own ‘Chris Nolan Special’ if you will, Thunder.
Sarah Kawahara, it was a dream come true working with you and creating the character of the Thief for “1977.” Thank you for drawing out of me skills I didnt know I had while still allowing me to rely on my own instincts to bring this character to life. I am so honored and humbled by your brilliance.
Chris Mabee, the real MVP. Thank you for the laughs and for always knowing what to say when we needed some words of encouragement...and for that time you fell on your back at the warehouse demonstrating the finale step reminding us that what we are doing isn’t easy and not to be so hard on ourselves (and for the laugh lol). Joanna Ng, I practically held my breathe when Sarah called out the names for the Bollywood section and literally jumped for joy when I found out that I would be in it.
