「 Animals make us happier ? 」
Kaiyukan Aquarium is by far the most impressive aquarium I have visited. Not only because of the wonderful sea creatures that can be found there (whale sharks, penguins, dolphins, and more), but also because how well taken care of they are—based on the massive, clean tanks. And they also provide a lot of information on sea life (with English translations) which is so cool!
Towards the end, there's a separate area where you can TOUCH some smaller sharks and stingrays gently (after washing your hands, of course)! Truly recommended, but maybe try to go there on weekdays so it won't be too crowded.
