Yaqin Nunnery in Sichuan, China, is home to over 10,000 Tibetan Buddhist Nuns, the world’s largest. They live on this island on the Changqu River in 3X3 meter box huts. I passed by here 10 years ago but never saw this amazing scene as back then it was closed to foreign travelers.
