Strawberry & Rhubarb Meringue Nests
Serves 4
▫️
4 shortbread cookies
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Edible Flowers
½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
Meringue (see full post)
Strawberry-rhubarb coulis (see full post)
Blueberry- white chocolate bark (see full post)

To plate, sprinkle some blueberry powder on the plate, smear a big dollop of meringue, top with the coulis, fruit, flowers, nuts, and cookies (to dip). Voila!
