I’ve been a big fan of China Blue and it’s take on Shanghainese cuisine...ever since it opened up 5 years or so ago, off watts street. It’s @graceseo go to. (And I will never tell her how to eat a dumpling ever again!) -
I can never seem to properly recreate their dried shrimp charred scallion noodle dish. And their tofu crab dish is divine. Really everything is great here.
Super delicious and always consistent. China Blue reminds me of the fantastic restaurant Jesse in Shanghai. Everything #uglydelicious. -
