Time is a funny thing. It moves so slow, but yet so fast. It's been 5 years ago yesterday that my dad passed away. It feels like he was just here giving me a hug, but also feels like it was a century ago that I heard his voice. Today, in honor of his memory, I put some flowers at the base of the Statue of David at Forest Lawn Cemetery. We had taken a picture there together 7 years before and I hadn't been there since. It was very nostalgic to stand where he and I stood together. I miss him very much and I hope wherever he is, he is watching over me and is proud of all that I've accomplished and the person that I have become over these last 5 years. I love you, daddy. Miss you lots. ❤
