Thank you for all the concern and warm hearted messages during my detox period. I even received a few emails from closest friends to show their care . As I mentioned before that I deleted my social medias for a few days, and had to reinstall LINE again because I needed to meet some clients and friends. But apparently, up to now I’m trying to decrease my social media usage to reconnect with life . I cant count the total hours I spent in a day by playing with phone, constantly checking and scrolling socmed, as well as FOMO if I dont reply chats ASAP. I was so aware for each notification that pops up, and felt frustrated when I didn’t receive the return mail as fast as I did. It’s basically not healthy and I have been constantly with humans for the last half a year. I can count with hand the days that I truly be alone . I have been in extrovert mode for too long, and the clinginess is not healthy. So I took extra measure to not feed this hunger with food, but to fast instead. I decided to not talk with ANYONE for a few days during the time I wanted it the most . It was so difficult. It’s more like a mental battle. I went to Myoko Kogen, and Takada Park in Niigata during one of my ‘detox days’ which took me 4 hours to reach my first destination. I would usually text friends but I decided to keep listening to classical pieces while enjoying the view. Boring indeed, but I had to fix myself with it . It’s been days and I feel I am a little bit better. No longer feeling anxious whenever a notification pops up, and today basically I only texted my friend around 4.30 pm . Truly recommend this detox to anyone ??? #stellaleeinJAPAN #stellaleeescapade
