The biggest lesson I’ve learnt over the past year was not to judge neither talk badly about other people. Even if you don’t feel like it, kind words can go a long way. You never know what the person might be going through, life is tough on everyone in its own way so just be nice. Be kind, don’t gossip, don’t judge and be compassionate even for what you don’t understand. The last few days gave me a lot to think about, learning that an old friend ended his own life. Everyone fights his own battle his own way, just don’t be another obstacle. This picture was taken on the first spearfishing trip we ever took together.
