Reading reviews of your own films is dangerous. Some people complained that JMID wasn’t “horror” enough. That it moved too slowly to be a thriller or was too creepy and strange to be a drama...but this review by Jeanette Catsoulis for the NY Times made me feel like she really “got it”.
