I lost a heat yesterday and cried. (selfish). While not many miles away two different people got attacked by sharks and thousands of miles away, at home, we lost Chas. A big brother to me I loved so much. Though I’m sensing my overflow of tears in the moment (deep down) were for their hurt and pain. I am selflessly - looking back on those hours and a lot goes on, a lot goes unnoticed. A huge reminder to love and cherish what you have ? and who you have ?
